In a shocking and tragic incident, a police officer stationed at Tembelio Police Post in Ainabkoi Sub-county, Uasin Gishu County, has been arrested.

According to Uasin Gishu County Police Commander Benjamin Mwanthi, the incident took place around midnight at Kokwet Bar, a small local pub located in the Jua Kali area of Turbo.

Commander Mwanthi explained that the officer confronted his girlfriend, accusing her of cheating on him with another man.

Therefore, as the tension between them escalated, another man, believed to be the second victim, stepped in—possibly in an attempt to calm things down or protect the woman.
