A man was stabbed to death in Wajir, and the suspects still at large as Police in Wajir County are investigating the brutal murder in Garseake settlement.
According to a police report the victim, 36-year-old Ahmed Duba, was traveling from Moyale to Buna when the tragic incident occurred.
Duba’s journey came to an unexpected halt when his motorbike developed a puncture.
Seeking assistance, he stopped at a nearby home, which was unoccupied at the time. While attempting to fix the tyre, he was ambushed by two men who arrived on another motorbike.
One of the attackers, identified as Abdimalik Hussein Osman, stabbed Duba in the neck. The assailants fled the scene immediately after the attack.

Authorities have since moved Duba’s body to the Wajir General Hospital mortuary.
Meanwhile, police have launched a manhunt for the suspects, urging locals to provide any information that could lead to their arrest.
