Worry no more. Here is a detailed way on how to renew your subscription using Safaricom’s Paybill number.
It is the easiest and most convenient way as long as you have money in your Mpesa account.
- Open Mpesa on your phone
- Go to Lipa Na Mpesa
- Then Paybill
- It’ll prompt you to enter a “Business number”, so enter 423655
- You then enter the ICU No. as your account no.
- Enter the amount. Then enter the Mpesa pin.
- Your channels will start running immediately after the payment is made.
The ICU No is the no shown on your TV screen after you run out of your subscription. Also it is on an orange sticker under your decoder and you can find it anytime and pay for your subscription before it runs out
It is linked to your decoder and your customer number that was created with Multi-choice when you initiated your GOtv subscription.
