A family dispute between two underage cousins in Narok County turned deadly on Saturday when one fatally stabbed the other. Police arrested a 17-year-old girl in connection with the death of her 16-year-old cousin.
According to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), the victim, who lived in Fanaka Estate, Narok Central, succumbed to severe blood loss caused by the injuries.
Efforts by neighbors to intervene failed, and the victim was pronounced dead upon arrival at Narok County Referral Hospital.

The suspect remains in police custody and is scheduled to be arraigned in court on Monday, December 23, 2024.
